15/06-15/09/20 - Cycle de webinaires - "Communautés énergétiques, autoproduction/consommation : cadrages, pratiques et outils”

Cycle de webinaires "Communautés énergétiques, autoproduction/consommation : cadrages, pratiques et outils” organisé par l’Université Grenoble Alpes en partenariat avec le Plan Urbanisme Construction Aménagement.

"Les énergies renouvelables et fatales sont de plus en plus mobilisées à l’échelle du bâtiment, du village ou de la ville. Conjointement, des "communautés énergétiques" émergent à l’initiative des citoyens avec le soutien d’autorités locales, d’associations ou d’entreprises. Ces transformations poussent des acteurs à agir ou à réagir et modifient les espaces, les institutions et les normes régissant les réseaux énergétiques et l’habitat. Les conférenciers internationaux (Europe, Asie, Amériques...) issus des sciences sociales (économie, sociologie, urbanisme, sciences politiques, etc.) et des sciences de la conception (génie électrique, thermique, informatique, architecture...) proposeront, compareront et mettront à jour les connaissances relatives aux cadres, aux pratiques et aux outils des communautés énergétiques, considérées ici comme des médiations locales entre production et consommation."

    Comment les régulations formatent les communautés énergétiques ?
    Energy communities are developing in Europe and are at the heart of the recent EU directives on renewable energy and the internal market. Nevertheless, the diversity of their legal, organizational and even technical forms calls into question their integration into the current electricity regime. The objective of this session will be to question the forms of organization of these communities and their interaction with the sector’s regulation. What are the political, legal and economic developments surrounding this emergence in the context of the energy transition ?

    "Energy communities for the production and supply of electricity emerge in Europa and elsewhere. Beyond the motivations of the members involved in the creation and deployment of communities, the realization of production projects or supply services follows various processes. If they depend on national/local regulations, on the members and supporting organizations and on internal governance, when and how do these factors intervene in the process ? Are processes different according to the spatial scale and to the purpose (production, supply or sharing) of the community ?"

    "Local (indeed self-) production and consumption questions relations between energy system, milieu, architecture and social relationship during the design stage as well as the operating periode. This session explores the impacts of community initiatives integrating an energy dimension on socio-spatial practices at different scales : housing, condominium, district and cities. Mobilizing the notion of “Common”, it therefore questions relations between in situ resources, their uses and community/local governance."
